Description
Interns are split into two different teams; Team 1 and Team 2. Each team has a set of specific tasks. New interns will be assigned to a team depending on capacity. Interns will rotate between each team according to rotation periods.
The following details are for each, individual intern and not the entire department.

Time Allotment
All teams work for 10 hours per week
Team 1
- 1.5 hours – Weekly intern training
- 30 minutes – Read and understand company charter
- 1 hour – Sales department meeting
- 2 hours – Read notes on prospects and invent solutions that meet prospects’ needs and wants
- 1.5 hours – Contact business owners to see if they want the solutions (qualifications)
- 1.5 hour – Answer questions about the company and the products
- 1 hour – Send information of qualified prospects to Team 2
- 1 hour – Miscellaneous tasks
Team 2
- 1.5 hours – weekly intern training
- 30 minutes – read and understand company charter
- 1 hour – sales department meeting
- 1.5 hours – Complete transactions with qualified prospects on product or services
- 1.5 hours – provide information on company products and services to new customers
- 2 hours – send customers’ information to the Delivery Department
- 1 hour – track sales
- 1 hour – miscellaneous tasks
Expected Outcomes
Team 1
- All qualified prospects reached by the Marketing Department to be contacted
- Prospects are qualified
- Qualified prospects are offered what they need or want
Team 2
- Provide information to 2 new customers every week
- Delivery Department are up to date with all customers’ information
Expected Results
Team 1
- Make 5 pitches to business owners every week
- Make 3 offers to qualified prospects
- Convert 2 qualified prospects into customers every week.
- To collect $450 per month
Team 2
- Provide information to 2 new customers every week
- Delivery Department are up to date with all customers’ information
Responsibilities
Team 1
- Close sales
- Increase revenue
- Review company products and services
- Communicate with prospects
- Schedule meeting with qualified prospects to pitch company product and services
- Provide answers to all questions from qualified prospects
- Learn how to use PayPal to complete sales transactions
Team 2
- Contact and advise new and existing customers when new products or services become available
- Send customers’ information to the Delivery Department
- Update sales track sheets
- Learn how to use CRM

Compensation
This position is unpaid. It is possible to earn a commission when any product or service is sold that either you or a member of a team you manage helped to develop or sell. If you worked with other people to develop the product or sell it, the commission is split with those people. Earning a commission is not easy and should not be expected.
