Description
Interns are split into four teams; Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, and Team 4. Each team has a set of specific tasks. New interns will be assigned to a team depending on capacity. Interns will rotate between each team according to the rotation period.
The following details are for each, individual intern and not the entire department.

All teams work for 10 hours per week
Team 1
- 1.5 hours – weekly intern training
- 1 hour – department meeting
- 1 hour – review ad notes made by Team 2
- 5 hours – Create ads
- 1 hour – miscellaneous tasks
- 30 minutes – read and understand company charter
Team 2
- 1.5 hours – weekly intern training
- 1 hour – department meeting
- 1 hour – Track ad statistics
- 4 hours – Analyze statistics to determine reason behind the effectiveness of ads
- 1 hour – Write analysis reports and send them to Team 1
- 1 hour – miscellaneous tasks
- 30 minutes – read and understand company charter
Team 3
- 1 hour – department meeting
- 3 hours – Create letter or other materials to offer survey
- 1 hour – Print letters
- 1 hour – Put letters in envelopes
- 1 hour – mail letters
- 1 hour – miscellaneous tasks
- 30 minutes – read and understand company charter
Team 4
- 1.5 hours – weekly intern training
- 1 hour – department meeting
- 5 hours – follow up with prospects who were sent letters
- 1 hour – enter notes into CRM
- 1 hour – miscellaneous tasks
- 30 minutes – read and understand company charter

Compensation
This position is unpaid. It is possible to earn a commission when any product or service is sold that either you or a member of a team you manage helped to develop or sell. If you worked with other people to develop the product or sell it, the commission is split with those people. Earning a commission is not easy and should not be expected.
